I recently changed all my music to the highest Quality from the lowest.when I download all my music it will eventually uncle download it.then I have to start over to download it all again.I listen to music offline all day and now I can't so it's eating all my data up because I can't go offline.I have had to re downloadall my music 4 times and still will understand download it.is have posted this same problem once but can't seem to get anyone to help.I'm about ready to get rid of spotify and go to another music app.this is frustrating and even worse I can't get any help

Your other post was in the iOS section so could you confirm the make/model of your mobile device and the operating system version please. If android, are you using an external SD card?
