Downloaded music disappearing and music stopping 3/4 of the way through

I've had spotify premium for a year now and have never had any issues streaming or downloading music on my HTC One M8 or previous phons before about a month ago.  

Now whenever I download music to my HTC One M8 it says it is downloaded until i lose service.  Once i lose service everything that was downloaded disappears.  Also when i have full service my downloaded music stops playing 3/4 of the way through the song.  Even streaming music stops 3/4 of the way through

I had tried a clean reinstall of spotify and i have also tried reverting my device to factory setttings and i still have the problem.  Spotify also causes my phone to randomly restart it seems.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi. Can you try the steps detailed in the troubleshooting guide linked in my signature? Although you've done reinstall the sd card can get corrupt, so there are some useful detail on getting a true clean install.
