Downloaded podcasts greyed out

Spotify eats through my data limit like it's nothing.

I've downloaded the podcasts I listen to (the only reason Im trying Spotify, I prefer to own my music) twice now on my home Wifi but I just can NOT get them to work while at work. They are all greyed out even listed under my downloads.

Yes I am going to my settings and selecting offline mode. I tested it and even staying in online modw, my phone wont play the downloaded files, it just lets me select them and will stream them eating more data.

Spotify is a piece of s***. I've uninstalled and re-installed and it and that fixed it for a bit.

Spotify for no reason though will just "forget" my downloaded files in the middle of my work day. This is a broken product. Wasn't even worth my $1 for the trial, let alone $10 a month.
