Downloaded song playing but no sound and no album picture

I have been having this issue for a week. I have downloaded some of my playlists. The first playlist I downloaded seems to be working fine. But some songs of the other lists showing no album pic and no sound while some of the songs playing without problem. I am using galaxy grand neo with 4.2.2 stock rom. I searched this problem on the net and foun nothing.

Most problems can be solved by reinstalling the Spotify app.

You'll have to redownload all of your music, but it might solve the problem.

Tried that 3 times cleaned the data and everything even formatted my sd card nothing seems to be working getting sick of this.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
