Downloaded songs still need internet to be played

My Question or Issue

My songs are all downloaded (with the green download arrow) but I still can't play them sometimes without an internet connection. 

I already tried redownloading the whole playlist but it didn't work.

If you're experiencing issues playing offline songs then it might have to do with your cache. I'd recommend you to disconnect all devices from your account here.

Then you can do a clean reinstall like @Noah suggested 🙂
