Downloaded songs stop playing after 5 seconds if I'm connected to a network

For the last month I've had issues with songs stopping after 5 seconds. I have my playlist downloaded and if I switch to offline mode the music plays fine. I've reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, have plenty of storage, tried different versions and nothing fixes it. Is there any fix coming?

Just to double-check-are there any changes after running a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one.

It's also a good idea to try with another internet connection to see if that makes a difference.

If nothing changes, we'd suggest you try on another device. That way we can check if it's a device or an account-related issue.
