Downloading offline music every month!!!

Every month I download my music to my SD card to use in offline mode. Its fine for a while then it becomes unavailable. I then have to download it all again. Then it's fine for a while, then it's gone again. This is really driving me up the wall, to the point I'm ready to cancel

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

In this case, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
3. Reinstall Spotify. Here's how. 
4. Save your offline tracks again.
