Downloading via cell with option off

Downloading via cell with option off

Caused me to go over my limit because for some reason the app lost 30gb of music and began redownloaded it which seems to be a common occurrence with the app


I would like a reimbursement that my cell service charged me for the glitch please

Hey there!  I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form


Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

Hi. This can be caused by an issue with the cache on your SD card getting corrupt. Please try a clean install using the guide linked in my signature and it contains additional steps to check.
