Entire years worth of saved songs disappeared

 Hi everyone,

I use Spotify Premium on Android, Windows laptop and desktop. Just recently I've noticed that more than a years worth of saved songs have disappeared.

I've tried logging out and back in on all platforms and have tried reinstallls on all platforms. Any help is appreciated!

Is anything else missing such as your play history or playlists. If so, that usually indicates you have logged in using the wrong credentials. Get in touch with the support team here and they should be able to help.

My playlists and history are still there. It's only my saved songs in my Library.

This just happened to me today among other problems with the service. Years of saved music gone. Very dissapointed with the service
