Everytime the playback is pausing

My Question or Issue

It doesn't matter if I'm in the app, if I lock the device, the playback is pausing at all times. Every time I put play on, 5-10 seconds pass and again the song is paused again. 

I have already restarted the cell phone, reinstalled the app, it admits all the permissions and it still does not work.
