Fixed the pause issue now have another problem

Fixed the pause issue now have another problem

Fixed the pausing issue by uninstalling. BUT now i have no Browse or Radio options.

 

To get them back i have to uninstall and reinstall everyday. I have no idea whay Spotify have done but after two years of hassle free listening i am looking to move providers.

 

Any suggestions?

Hey @sjlyme, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

In this case, could you make sure the device is updated to the latest software version? If there are any error messages being shown, feel free to send me a screenshot.

 

If none of those are working, do you get the same results when you use a different internet connection (preferrably Wi-Fi)?

Hi Billy J , i didnt have soft ware issues or updates and when connected to either mobile data or wifi it still had the same issue. However in the past week it has been back to normal
