Followed artists disappeared

Hi. I've spent a long time researching and following artists interested in, and now they've all disappeared. All saved tracks and playlists are still there, it's just all of my 'Followed' tags have gone. Any ideas why or how to get them back?

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

I reinstalled the app and deleted cache using the Cleanmaster app.
Unfortunately this hasn't worked.

Can you log out and back in again? If still occurring we may have to get support involved as they may be able to do something at the server level.

That does not work. My heavens. What a predictable suggestion.

They don't all disappear but I have followed artists that are randomly unfollowed too. Nothing's being done. Here's another thread on the subject, though it is not about "all" of them disappearing. Also, artists may show "Following" but don't show up in my "Artists" list.
