Followed playlist and download

Hi everybody,
I want to follow a playlist and store it offline.
My question is, if the playlist change some tracks, will the downloads change at the same time?
And will the old tracks (erased at the playlist) also erased at my device?

When you device comes online and connects to Spotify's servers, it will synchronize the playlist, which means that if it has been modified will download the new tracks added and delete the ones that are not there anymore (eventually, as it may stay in the cache).

One solution to this is to keep your device in Offline Mode, which will prevent your offline playlist from synchronizing.
