For some reason every time I start the app it takes forever to use the search function.

It's been like this every since I downloaded it. I'd have to shut the app down multiple times to get it to work. I can still play my music from my playlist but those show up a little slow at times also.

Depending on what type of phone you have and what version of software (both phone software and app software) you're running, I would say try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Make sure your phone is updated too; sometimes that can interfere with the app if bugs haven't been worked out. That used to happen on my old iPhone and my even older Android, and it just took uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to work correctly, but sometimes RAM just gets filled up and makes it difficult for apps to run smoothly. Sometimes your connection speeds can affect app performance too, just keep that in mind. Hope this helps!
