Galaxy S6 issues- Can't add song to playlist or start song radio

I'm using Spotify app on my Galaxy s6 which is running the latest version of Marshmallow.  My issue has been strange.

When I long press on a song and the menu pops which contains the following options:

Nothing happens when I tap any of the options.  I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. 

Any ideas?

Strange, the full screen pop-up menu appeared briefly months ago so it may be worth reinstalling, following the steps here which includes clearing data.

But before you do that, are you using a blue light filter app by any chance. If so, try disabling it first.

I'm definitely using a blue light filter. It's interesting how many issues
it has caused with other apps. I'm surprised that didn't occur to me.
I'll try that first.
