I need your help!!

I have entered the pin on the gift card on the Internet and my account has 10 Euros more. But Spotify Premium doesn´t works. Why?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Right now, gift cards can only be used if they're purchased in the same country that your Spotify account was set up on. If the gift card was purchased in a different country, you won't be able to redeem it.

If this isn't your case, it's best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a look under the hood to help you redeem it.
