Google Alarm should respect the PREVIOUS Shuffle setting, not leave it on.

My Question or Issue

Same as the title says - using Google Alarm to play a single song or two shouldn't leave Spotify's default Shuffle setting to on across the rest of the platform. Especially for those of us who very rarely use the shuffle feature to begin with, it's incredibly irritating for it to be left on across the whole ass rest of the platform, on multiple devices. At a minimum, would it be too much to ask for the Shuffle setting to be toggleable per playlist or device?

I would say that maybe it's just a bug that I'm experiencing, but it's already been  previously answered here and hinted to in a few other threads that this is the default expected behavior.

This is indeed a default behaviour but it can be altered.

Spotify does pay attention to Community feedback but there is a process behind this as with everything else.
You may submit an Idea about this.
Spotify Staff will look into it once it reaches the necessary amount of votes.

Care to explain HOW the default behavior can be altered? Shuffle keeps turning on every day across the Spotify platform on my account, even when I don't use any of the alarms with specific songs that I have set up in Google Alarm.

Currently it is not possible to change the default Shuffle setting.

As we constantly try to improve the user experience on our platform, we hope to see the possibility to change the default Shuffle setting implemented some day.

In the meantime you can submit an idea about this as @Vasil described above and keep the Spotify app up to date at all times, so you don't miss out on new features.
