My Question or Issue

I got "Group session is Premium only (for now)" but I have Premium Duo.

First up, please try logging out and back into your account. Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system. Please follow these steps:

 

  1. Tap Home icon_home.png .
  2. Tap Settings icon_settings.png .
  3. Scroll to the bottom.
  4. Tap Log out
  5. Log back in, ensuring you are using the correct account, with the Premium subscription.

 

If that didn't do the trick, please try performing a quick clean reinstallation of the app by following these steps.
