Having problems with the app skipping this has happened before can you assi

I tried to listen to music but it keeps skipping or replaying and I clearly there's a problem with that can you please help me with this problem?

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

Could you let us know if this is happening across devices or only on a specific one? If this is only happening on a specific device, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

 

However, if this is happening across devices, it's recommended you secure your account by following the steps below:

 

  1. Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
  2. Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
  3. Request a password reset by visiting this article.

It's also worth checking the apps that are linked to your Spotify account on your account page under Apps and remove any you don't recognize. You can find out more tips on how to protect your account here.
