Hello,

I am using spotify premium on the One plus android phone. When saving an artist, and tikking it to play offline, it gives me a "waiting for download" sign. Whatever I try it doesn't work.

Is anyone familiar with this sort of thing?

I have been a premium member since 2011, perhaps I can try to help you. 🙂

I have had that happen where it continuously says "waiting to download". I found that it was happening when there was too much downloaded on my phone...there was no more room for Spotify to download anything. I ended up having to "undownload" some of the songs I already had downloaded to my Samsung and then the new download completed.

I am not sure if this is the same problem I had, but if it is, that is what worked for me. I just had too much on my phone! Now I only download the songs that are not on Spotify already.
