Het lukt mij niet om mijn abonnement op te zeggen.

Cancel your Premium plan at any time from your account page.

1. Go to your account page.
2. Select Cancel Plan under Your Plan at the top of the screen or under Manage Your Plan.
3. Follow the steps until you see a confirmation message.

Your account will remain on Premium until your next billing date. After that, it will be downgraded to the free version.

Please note: If you cancel during a free trial, your account will be downgraded to our free service immediately. Free trials cannot be reactivated.

You won’t lose your saved playlists and songs when you downgrade to Free. You’ll still be able to log in and enjoy your music, but with ads.
