Hola buenas tardes, mi aplicación no me deja reproducir nada,

Hola buenas tardes, mi aplicación no me deja reproducir nada,

Tengo plan familiar, tuve que cancelar la tarjeta y no se absorbió el pago, cuando restablecí premium no me dejó reproducir nada, abro álbumes y dice que debo agregar canciones al album, y los míos igual están vacíos, aun estén recomendados en inicio están vacíos estoy así desde el 2 de este mes

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

You can try logging out of the app and logging back in. This should refresh your connection to the servers. 

 

If that doesn't work, and you still can't play music, let us know if you can see your old profile picture on the app or if you see a different picture and a different username.
