Could you share a screenshot or screen recording of the error that you are seeing? Include as much info as possible in the media.
Also, can you try logging in on another platform like Spotify for Desktop or Web to see if the error persists?

Are things working for you if you are using WiFi and only not when you are on mobile data?

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of how things look like from your end? You can attach it via the Insert Image option in the post editor.
On another note, does this only happen on your mobile device or even on a PC for example?
If you haven't done this already I recommend clearing the cache and giving Spotify a clean reinstall as these steps can help resolve different performance issues. You can check out the details here.
After that, re-download your content, don't forget to switch on Offline mode and let us know how it goes.
