How do I access settings?

I remember the whole time I've used spotify, the "settings" icon was always on the home screen in the top right corner. But it's not there anymore...

I've gone through every screen looking for settings but it's not there anymore. Where has it moved to?

EDIT: I've heard clicking on profile will open settings, but mine does nothing.

Okay nevermind I found it with some help from friends. I have to go into My Library and click on my PFP there, no other profile picture works, has to be in Library.

The profile picture on home page does nothing, and there's no profile picture in the search page.
Really guys? That's not exactly clear at all, who's idea was it to try and hide access to settings deep in the app? Ridiculous

Hey @Minska thanks for the screenshot.

Clicking the profile picture icon on the top left near the ALL filter should open the new side panel with multiple options. Can you share a screen-recording so I can take a better look?

It's very clear why they want to hide the settings from the average user. They don't generate any profit from having average consumer sheeple enter the settings and tinkering with stuff. It's obviously bad for profit, so they hide it away.

Spotify has turned their app into a shitpile with each update. Don't expect it to get any better. It's 2024 and I have a brand new lenovo legion 3000$ and Spotify is lagging and stuttering my PC like **bleep**.

The settings have disappeared again nothing on left side just profile pic nor in the library ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
