My Question or Issue

How do I downgrade the Spotify app? I'd like to have the widget app.

Also, will downgrading delete my downloaded songs? I have about 3 gb worth of music and I'd prefer to not download them again

Hey @Galoide, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

The Android home screen widget was deprecated last week - and there is an official announcement about this on the Community here.

Also, once you update your Spotify to the latest version, you won't be able to downgrade the app.

You absolutely can downgrade. Get a previous version of Spotify apk file. Just google it and you'll be able to use a previous version.
