How do I send my music downloads on the SD Card using Android?
I can't find the word or option "storage" when I'd tapped on the "settings"
icon on my Android.

Hey there @SpotifyClient 🙂
Have you tried moving Spotify to your SD card manually from Settings> Application Manager then click on Spotify and find the option to "Move to SD card" ? Keep in mind that app functionality can vary, depending on device and operating system.

Hey there @SpotifyClient, welcome to the community!
That's odd. Have you followed the steps in this guide? Make sure you're on the latest version of the Spotify client. Have you tried a clean re-installation? You can follow the steps here.
Let me know how it goes 🙂

Hi there,
I'm having a similar problem, I have set my Spotify to save all the downloaded music to the sd card but it is showing the Spotify app is still using internal storage. How do I fix this as its blocking my phone up?
Thanks
Hello @KatesHere:
The plan failed. I ended up redownloading my songs & I'm still unable to see & find the "storage" feature
that was suppose to be included in this spotify app to send my songs towards my SD Card even though
I'd uninstalled & reinstalled the spotify app & got back NOTHING!
You must get this problem fix! My premium service is about to end soon.
I got another question, how do I organize the artist's albums based on the
YEAR of each album's release? It's not looking very organized at the "Your
Library"› "Album" feature in the spotify app.
Use the information that I've provided.
Reply soon.
Take a look at this post to see if it's relevant. If it isn't, details of your device and android version would be helpful @SpotifyClient.
@1165413997 this sounds like the bug I reported here.
For some reason, older Mediatek devices don't fully comply with android standards. Try these steps. With luck, spotify will start saving downloads to the SD card.

Do you have troubleshooting tips to correct this problem on the Android
4.4.2?!
I'm not using Android 6.0+ nor Android 7.0+
The settings isn't the same. It's totally different from what you're
showing me!

Yes! I see it but its grayed out for me to even press to make that option work.
I'm on the Android 4.4.2 not the latest Androids. Therefore, you have to give
me troubleshooting steps for the early Android & not the latest Androids.
Did you also find steps to organize my music downloads by artist's albums
year of release?

I assume you're replying to Kate's post, in which case, spotify can't be moved to SD card on an android phone. Please follow the detailed steps I posted to resolve your issue with the SD card and let me know how it goes.
