How to put the egg in the bird nest to open my Spotify Playlist in a Bottle

I'm trying to open my Spotify Playlist in a Bottle. I have the bird nest. I've tried all day and night trying to put the egg in the nest, to no avail.

Your Playlist in a bottle from 2024 will be available for opening from January 7, 2025 onwards so this is the most likely reason why you're not able to put the egg in the nest. If the issue persists after this date, please get back to us so we can investigate further.

My playlist in a bottle keeps telling me I didn’t make one when ik for a fact I did, why is this happening. It also doesn’t allow me to make a 2025 playlist in a bottle

I want to be able to open my time capsule so I know what the topics was for each song I previously chose, but it won't let me toss the egg in the nest. I took a video of me tapping, swiping, and struggling trying to open it.

The playlist will only open if you toss the egg into the nest, I have tried for a while and it won't let me - the egg just goes up and down, so I cannot open the playlist and there is no other option.

Also same here, with an Android A54. I've been trying all day and it's very frustrating, especially considering the mess with the Wrapped from a month ago. I was only able to get the egg in once, then Spotify closed, and no matter how many times I restart the app or open the Playlist in a Bottle thing, it won't work.

i managed it by using two fingers to rapidly swipe upwards on the egg near the top of the screen, my best guess for the cause is that in order for the throw to be registered the egg has to be at least some distance from the bottom of the screen, but that distance is not adjusted for screen size and is therefore much harder to achieve on smaller phones

Yeah, you gotta yeet it upwards real hard. Doesn't really need space in the back, it's more of a harder swipe up..
