How to roll back spotify

How to roll back spotify

Hey guys,

Quick question, how do i roll back my android spotify?

I really dont like the new version, mostly for the fact that eventhough i have premium i still get suggestions at the end of my playlists. I mean, i made this playlist, i have put in the music that i like and dont need stupid suggestions.

I like spotify but if they keep forcing stuff on me i'll find something else.

I'm on version 6.3.0.882 armv7.

I dont know to which version i need to roll back, but i just wanna get rid of this sh*t

Hi Bonsai! Although downgrading is not recommended here's how to do it:
  1. Uninstall Spotify
  2. Enable "Unknown Sources" in your Security settings
  3. Search on the internet for an older version of Spotify (it needs to be a ".apk" file)
  4. Install the downloaded version
  5. Open the Google Play store
  6. Go to the "My Apps" section
  7. Click on Spotify
  8. Click on the "3-dot" menu at the top right hand corner
  9. Disable "Auto Update"

Please note: There is no other "official" way of doing this. It is at your own risk.

I hope this helps.
