Impossible to download to SD memory card

Hi,

I am using a Motorola Moto X 3rd generation with Android Marshmallow and Spotify 6.5.0.1816.

Added a brand new SanDisk Micro SD XC I 64gb memory card.

Although I followed most of the suggested solutions on this forum and my memory-card being available and with enough space, nothing works...

It's being used by other applications and is available generally.

Read that this would be solved since version 4.8.0.

Can anyone help me out please.

Did you format your card as internal and not portable storage?

Many thanks for your prompt answer, indeed it is formatted as internal
memory. I'll have a look if i'll re-format the memory card or if i remain
as is. i'll close the ticket for now.
