I CAN'T DOWNLOAD MY PLAYLISTS!!!

I tried to download my playlists (29 songs but different playlists.) but it doesn't work. I tried to use data to download (offline). How do I fix this?! I tried to go online and download, but it doesn't work as well. Help!!!

If the tracks are on spotify, you should follow the steps in this help page.

If they are mp3s on your PC, follow the steps here.

If you still have problems, some more information would be helpful:

• Make/model of your mobile device
• Android version
• Spotify version
• Are you downloading spotify content or local files
• Any error or other messages
