I accidentally entered two cards in my account. How to cancel one?

I accidentally entered two cards in my account. How to cancel one?

Spotify deducted payment from both of them, so I emptied one, but my subscription is cancelled. Why?

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? Are you seeing any extra payments there?

 

On another note, by saying that your subscription is cancelled but you paid for it, you got us thinking that your payment might not have gone through successfully on our end. There are multiple reasons for that and we suggest that you check out this page to make sure your credit card meet all the requirements mentioned there. You can also find some troubleshooting steps on failed payments.
