I am tired of spotify, since I changed my phone I cant download songs

Its been 3 days of trying to download the songs and since its not working I delete them and start downloading again, I pay for premium and still cant listen to the songs without an internet conexion, I have only one device and spotify keeps blocking me Im getting very tired of these kind of problems

Do you get any error messages? Try removing all offline devices here then try downloading again.
