I can not to be part for the premium family plan to my brother.

My Question or Issue

My brother sent me the invitation to be part for the premium family plan, and when i try to confirm the registration to the plan, he tells me that he can not several times he sent me the invitation by mail and i can not. I al ready used it the previous month, and now that i've hired the plan again, i'm not allowed.

Hey @Valeriaavechuc! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

To join an existing Premium for Family plan, you need to reside at the same physical address as the plan’s owner (the person who subscribed to the plan). 

Keep in mind that you can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.

The problem is that if we reside in the same address, the data is the same and even so it does not allow me to join, my brother is the administrador of the plan and several times he has sent me the invitation and i still can not.

Could you try to clear your browser cache/cookies to see if that makes any difference?
