To start, we recommend having a look at this page, where you'll find tips and trick on what to do if you can't log in, which might help in your case. 

Should you still have issues after checking the page, can you send us some more info on what's happening from your end? Are you having issues logging into the app? Does the same thing happen if you try logging into the account page?

 

Also, let us know if you're receiving any specific error messages when you're trying to log in. Feel free to include a screenshot of the message, just make sure it doesn't include any personal info.
