I can't activate the mini player for video podcast

For the last day I have not been able to activate the mini player for my video podcast

By mini player I mean a window to show your video podcast

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

Could you let us know what exactly happens when you try to open the mini player? We'd also like to know if this happens with multiple podcasts or only with a specific one. 

If you used to be able to use it with the podcast you mentioned, we'd recommend logging out and then logging back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and device. 

If that doesn't do the trick, could you send us the podcast's URI? We'll take a closer look.
