I can't connect my device to my Spotify

I can't connect my device to my Spotify

I have several android devices and when I try to play from my tablet and stop the playback on the phone the tablet stops playing also, therefore I can't use the phone for anything else

Hi there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

To begin with, we'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your phone and tablet. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and might help. And no worries, you won't lose any saved content.

 

If that doesn't help, try using a different Internet connection and check if that makes a difference. Additionally, let us know if this only happens between those two devices you mentioned (phone and tablet). Or if it happens when doing it from all of your devices.

 

Lastly, send over the make/model and OS of the devices along with the Spotify version you are currently running.
