In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the device on which you notice said behavior along (if possible) with the Spotify version you're running there?

On another note, would you mind sharing more details of what exactly is happening? Do you receive some kind of error when trying to log into your account? Send us as many details as possible. If possible, you can send us a screenshot so we can better visualize what you mentioned.

Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info in the screenshot you'll send us.

Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
