I have perfect Internet access though my mobile data (galaxy s4 ) but I have never been able to access Spotify.  Tried logging in with Facebook and also reset my Spotify password but I'm getting "you are currently set to offline. Please go online to connect" but when I click on "connect" I still get the same message.  Please help.

Have you tried to close your spotify app and then put your phone in "airplane mode" for almost 5 seconds? 

Sometimes it helps to bring the connection back.
