Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to check, are you running into these issues when you're trying to sign up for the discount here? Keep in mind that you should also receive a confirmation from SheerID once your student status has been verified. So we recommend keeping an eye out for any notifications about it.

Also, please note that the Student subscription can't be combined with other Premium plans. For example, if you're currently subscribed to Premium Family, or if you're paying through one of our partners, you need to cancel the current subscription before you can change to Student.

Should the issue persist, however, can you let us know if you're seeing any specific error messages from your end? Feel free to send a screenshot of it, just make sure it doesn't include any personal info.
