I made the adhesion of the promotion 1.99 for 3 months joined today 29/11/16 I made the cancellation to not come charging the other months because I will only be without internet during this period but the validity is until 2/28/17, and already I received an email confirming payment of 1.99

The payment for the first three months of 1.99 is payable at the start and the next full payment will be taken in three months time unless you cancel (which you say you have done). Not too sure I understand the problem as everything seems correct to me.
