I now own playlists I previously liked

I logged off of my account, then re log in. And now I own every playlist i've previously liked and every playlist photo disappeared

In order to advise you better, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Would you mind letting us know what exactly is the issue that you're experiencing?  Any screenshots you can provide will also be helpful to identify what's causing this.

Thanks for the post and screenshots.

This seems very odd. It must be some kind of glitch. 

Can you let us know what happens if you unfollow and re-follow one of those playlists - do they return to your library with the original creator listed, or with your username again? It would also be helpful if you let us know what device you've used to like the songs - mobile, PC, etc.?

You can also check how many followers the playlists have when you open them from within your library.

Keep us posted on how you get on.

Hope you're doing great, basically Im using an Android 11, Oneplus 6t Mclaren, and i cant unfollow the playlists i had to delete them plus, i've just checked but i also lost my followers and followings for some reason this is very weird

It is possible that you have more than one account. Could you check this page on steps how to find the second account, if one exists?

Nah i dont have second accounts im pretty sure I had this one since the begining I have already followed some artists but they disappeared from my followings, everything glitched like every playlist I liked after i logged of and logged of one day everything became in my name i mean should'nt my playlist have at least one like whose mine ? idk this is weird + for some reason I've lost every album/artwork on the playlists I've liked + owned 😛

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.

Taking the latest info you mentioned, it's possible that when you logged out, you logged back in using different credentials accessing another account by mistake.

Since an account could be created with a Facebook profile, a Google/Apple account, an email, or a phone number, we'd also suggest trying out these other methods to log in to see you can access the account that has all the you mentioned information.

However, if you couldn't find the other account, as we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the account and help you further.
