I pay for premium but Spotify won't only play Shuffle. I have a Galaxy S7 and also had the same problem on my Galaxy S5. I have never been able to contact anybody with my issues.its so difficult to get help amd i pay $9.99 a month for what? For straight play and downloads. Doesn't make sense?

Can you try checking your Account page?
Also, make sure you're using the right account details as it's easy to mix up Spotify Accounts and Facebook accounts
