I remove a device using my android app. The device keeps popping BACK UP

I let my roommate sign on to listen on their home echo but now everytime I am listening all of a sudden it changes when they start listening on the echo so I go in to the app and hit forget this device but then all of asudden the device returns. If I forget the device why does it keep returning.

First and foremost, we'd like to point out that sharing your login details with another person goes against Spotify's T&Cs. 

The behavior you've described happens because it's not possible to listen on multiple devices when using the same account. Not to worry though, to fix this, all you need to do is ask your roommate to unlink your Spotify account from their Amazon Alexa app. This will prevent their device from reappearing in your device list.
