I want to play only the music I filtered with the search option in a playlist.

My Question or Issue

 Previously, when I searched for a specific thing on a playlist on spotify, only the things that matched what I searched would play. I would like to know if this is possible, because suddenly I can't do that anymore.

You should still be able to do this. Try logging out and back in a few times to see if it helps. If not, you can try a clean reinstall.

I will try these things. I see a lot of people on the community having the exact same problem, so my guess is that something changed in the last updates you've released.

Update: I just did a clean reinstall and the problem persists. Is there anything else I can try?

Another update: I just tried the filter on the pc and it works just fine, so this makes even clearer that the problem is within the Android spotify app. Please fix this as soon as possible, it's been months since this problem appeared and it's getting pretty frustrating.
