I don't know why I can't control the the song playing in my lock screen and can control it only when I make it in the Spotify app . How can I make changes or do anything to make it able to be controlled even I am using other apps. Please help

Is Settings > Sounds & Notifications > Keep notifications on lock screen enabled for you? If no, make sure to check it so you can get Spotify widget on your lock screen 🙂
