Im tired of this!

This is probably the 5th time in 4 months this has happened. I open spotify and a song plays for all of a minute and stops. So i put spotify in offline mode so it doesnt try to stream the song, and i have no songs downloaded anymore. I go back online, i log out, log in. Every single song is deleted from my phone. I have had to re download all 3500 songs, since its capped, 5 times in the past few months. I have data capped wifi and data capped 4g this is getting annoying. How can i stop this from happening if theres no fix im done with spotify this is **bleep**ing bull**bleep**.

I don't know how to fix your issue but i can tell you ive been having these same problems. i've actually cut back on playlists i download. ill only download a playlist at a time at home on wifi before work for a week or something. Having 3500 songs downloaded to your phone/SD card may be giving you conflicts as well, but im just speculating

I just experienced the same problem, and it happened last month too. It's really annoying to not be able to listen to my music.
