Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community! Hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community.

 

Could you give us more info about the issue you're experiencing? We understand that you're not able to listen to a playlist. Is it a playlist you created? Does that happen with other playlists as well? Are you experiencing this across devices? 

 

First up, you can try with a different network to see if the same happens. Also, if you haven't tried yet, you can log out and then log back in to your account twice in a row on the affected devices. This will trigger a sync between them and your account.
