My Question or Issue

I've been trying to login to my Spotify account for a while, and looking up many tutorials on how to solve the issue, but most have not helped, so I'm coming here in hopes of clearance. 
To be more specific, I uninstalled the Spotify App accidentally while clearing up storage, and when i reinstalled it, it worked fine for a while, until one day I could not play music at all. (When i tried playing my playlists, it would just do a random shuffle through on the music bar and the music bar would disappear after the flash) So, I decided it must have been a corrupted download, so I went back to redownload it after uninstalling it. After that however, the app did not allow me to sign in in any way. Keep in mind, my desktop app, and the browser versions still work. The only problem currently is that it does not allow me to sign in in any way. I tried using Facebook as a last ditch effort, and it just ends up in a blank white screen, only having the Facebook bar at the top. As for Google, it just says "something went wrong. Try again." And for the email sign in, it goes and says "something went wrong have another go?" I have done multiple things, which I will list below, to fix the issue, but to no avail.
1. Password reset(email)

2. Restarting phone

3. Clear Cache and data

4. Clean uninstallation

5. Sim card removal and reinsertion

6. Airplane mode

7. Using only Mobile Data in case it's my Wifi's problem

Please do help me out since i have many problems with the inability to access my Spotify account, as I primarily use it for listening on the go, and it has been quite the frustration to listen with no music on the go.

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community and for the provided details. It helps with the investigation.

 

It's great that you've already tested with the mentioned troubleshooting steps. I see you've also mentioned resetting your password, but would you mind setting a new one once again via our website: https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset and attempting to log in with email and password once again on your phone?

 

If the same thing happens, if it's possible ask a relative or a friend to attempt logging in to their account on your device and if you see any other error messages apart from "something went wrong", let us know.
