It says I reached 3 devices

I use spotify in my mobile, laptop and ps4. And I am trying to download music in my phone and it says that I've reached the 3 devices were I download music. Obviously I only download music on my phone no in the others...

Go here, remove all devices and you should be good to go. I'm not too sure what causes the same device to be added multiple times although I have noticed this happening on my account when I had a faulty SD card which kept unmounting and remounting.

Sounds like you need a new SD card. It's surprising how many issues are reported and the root cause comes down to a corrupt/faulty SD card.
