Would you mind sending us a more detailed description of what exactly you're experiencing on your side? Currently, we've been monitoring this thread in which users mention issues when trying to use the Jam feature. If your issue is the same, we invite you to post there, making sure you add the info we've asked for.

If that one is not the same, then we'd like to gather some additional info:

• The make/model and OS of the affected devices.
• The exact Spotify versions you're running.
• Does this happen only when your friend joins your Jam? Or does it happen also when you are invited to join one?
• Have you tried some troubleshooting? If yes, please let us know so we can avoid repeating any steps.
